Medical weight loss

At Desert Oasis, we offer medical weight loss programs that include weekly weigh ins, weekly injections, instruction, and body scanning at the beginning and end of the program! This service requires a consultation with our Nurse Practitioner as well as blood work. Please call to schedule a complimentary consultation with our Nurse Practitioner for further information and evaluation in Lake Havasu City.
