This handpiece has built in cooling technology which helps to keep these treatments very comfortable for the patient. The large spot size and quick glide features also help to make the treatment quick with little to no pain.

Depending on the area being treated and the patient's hair growth, sessions are generally scheduled anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks apart! Your provider will discuss treatment frequency at your first appointment.

If you have dark hair growth in the area you would like treated, you are a great candidate for laser hair removal! Laser hair removal is not meant for those with blonde, red or gray hair due to the laser's inability to recognize such light colors. Hair removal can also not be performed over any tattoos for safety reasons.

Pre treatment instructions:

Prior to your laser hair removal appointment, there are a few instructions to follow. 

• No waxing or plucking hairs for at least a month before your appointment.
• No sun tanning or excessive sun exposure for two weeks before your treatment. 
• Come to your appointment freshly shaved (within 12 hours).

Post treatment instructions:

After your laser hair removal appointment, there are a few instructions to follow:

• Be sure to apply sunscreen to any areas prone to sun exposure for at least 2 weeks after your appointment.
• Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks following your appointment. Winter is a great time to get laser hair removal done!
• Apply moisturizer or Aquaphor to any areas that become dry following your treatment.
